Let's talk about your environment.

The most useful first message tells us what shape your environment is in. The second message decides whether we're a fit. We answer every legitimate inquiry within one business day.

Tell us about your engagement

The more we know up front, the faster we can tell you whether we're a fit. Submitting this form opens your email client with the message pre-filled — nothing is sent anywhere else.

What happens next

From the moment you send the first message, the path to a signed engagement is short and predictable.

  1. Acknowledgment within one business day. A short reply confirming we read it, naming the engagement shape we think it fits, and proposing a 30-minute scoping call.
  2. Scoping call — 30 minutes, no fee, no obligation. Direct conversation with Marvin. We work through the environment, the timing, and the constraints. By the end of the call we know whether BCG is the right fit; if not, we'll tell you and where appropriate suggest who is.
  3. Written discovery proposal. For most engagements, the first signed unit of work is a paid Discovery scoping engagement — one to two weeks, fixed scope, written assessment delivered at the end. Larger engagements are scoped from that assessment.
  4. Statement of work & start date. Standard SOW language, fixed-fee or time-and-materials depending on engagement shape. Mutual NDA available on request before the scoping call. Most engagements start within two to three weeks of signed SOW.

Production AD incident or stalled migration?

Say so in the subject line.

If you're in the middle of a tier-0 incident, a stalled multi-forest cutover, or a remediation deadline that has already slipped, lead with that in your subject line. We triage by urgency. "PRODUCTION AD INCIDENT" or "MIGRATION STALLED" at the front of a subject line gets routed directly — no queue, no business-day delay.
